In 2018, I began my fitness journey fueled by insecurity and the constant pressure to compare myself to others. One day at a time, I turned that pain into motivation, discovering the strength and resilience I never knew I had. After having my baby in 2020, I faced a new challenge—postpartum depression—that set me back and tested my determination. It took two years of persistence, patience, and self-love to reclaim my health and confidence.
